We are looking for a Partner Manager to drive and expand our partnerships in ANZ. While this role will include managing & growing existing partners, the short-term focus will be on identifying and securing new partnerships that serve the Legal, Tax & Accounting and Real Estate sectors. The successful candidate will have proven experience in partnership/channel management, business development or sales. What you will do
- Identify, recruit, onboard, and activate qualified new partners specifically related to Tranche 2 of the AML/CTF regulation.
- Stay informed on relevant market trends including AML/CTF regulation and their impact on the legal, tax/accounting and real estate sectors.
- Provide market insights to influence product and business strategies.
- Own the end-to-end process of completing RFI/RFPs working cross-functionally to craft compelling and winning responses.
- Lead commercial negotiations and collaborate with internal teams to ensure partner success.
- Strengthen relationships with existing partners, ensuring mutual success and business growth.
- Work with partners to develop go-to-market strategies and drive joint revenue opportunities.
- Conduct Business Reviews to measure plan progress and make any needed adjustments.
- Prepare regular progress and forecast reports for internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment with overall sales targets.
Skills we’re looking for
- Experience in partnership or channel sales, ideally in B2B tech, SaaS or financial services.
- A track record of driving revenue growth through partnerships
- A self-starter with strong commercial drive – you take ownership, seek out opportunities and are motivated by results.
- Resilient and patient – you understand that building successful partnerships takes time and you can stay focused and committed even when results aren’t immediate.
- Experience in managing RFIs and RFPs, including working with internal stakeholders to deliver winning responses.
- Experience in or with Legal, Accounting, Real Estate or related sectors.
- Knowledge of AML/CTF regulations in Australia or New Zealand (preferred but not essential)
