Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Patient Experience Liaison – Biologics to partner with marketing, sales, and cross-functional stakeholders in the execution of our biologics strategy. In this role, you will serve as a subject matter expert on biologic medicines, focusing on education, product utilization, and support for pharmacy healthcare professionals. You will drive the delivery of training and educational strategies to foster biologic product adoption and support pharmacies in meeting their goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Account Planning & Territory Management: Develop and execute customer-focused account plans, collaborate with stakeholders, and manage your assigned territory efficiently.
- Training & Education: Deliver customized biologic training programs to pharmacists, ensuring confidence in the use and dispensing of Arrotex biologics.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with pharmacy owners, managers, and healthcare professionals to promote biologic products and programs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, analytics) to align on key business strategies and drive sales growth.
- Data-Driven Insights: Utilize sales data and customer insights to optimize strategies and achieve KPIs, including call rates, frequency, and training success.
- Personal & Professional Development: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor landscape.
Key Requirements
- 3 – 5 years in pharmacy/pharmaceutical sales (Prescribers and/or pharmacy) experience
- Previous training experience
- Tertiary level education within pharmacy, science or other related area.
- Pharmacy specific education. Medicines Australia CEP complete.
- Understanding of the prescription medicine landscape with a focus on the PBS landscape.
- Understanding of pharmacy environment and biologic medications.
- Demonstrate competence in negotiation skills.
- Demonstrate competence in changing behaviours of customers.
- This role will be required to do Monthly Country Travel to ensure coverage of territory and achieving key business meeting requirements. This role will also be required to travel interstate up to 4 times per year as required to support team meetings, attend conferences and/or participate in training.
