Payroll Officer

Description:

Our client is seeking an experienced payroll officer to join their supportive and collaborative team on a full-time permanent basis within Melbourne's North West suburb of Keilor.

The Responsibilities

The duties of the role consist of the following; however, not exclusive to:
 

• Manually entering of timesheets
• Processing a weekly medium sized payroll
• Superannuation, payroll tax, PAYG and Work cover
• Payroll reconciliations
• Month end reporting
• Payroll related queries
   

The Ideal Candidates

The successful candidate will obtain the following attributes; however, not limited to:
 

• Has worked within a similar payroll position previously
• Has experience with processing payroll end to end
• Happy to work within a team environment
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Is up beat and positive within their day to day work
