Our Health and Wellness team at Philip Kennedy Centre is seeking a Physiotherapist passionate about health and wellness for older adults. This role works in a supportive, multi-disciplinary environment that embraces evidence based, best practice to support clients back to their best health.

In this role you will help to maximise clients’ health and well-being, using physiotherapy practice, regardless of the clients age, disease or disability.

Key Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
 

• Applying quality physiotherapy diagnostic and treatments skills, to the needs and wants of our clients.
• Contributing positively to multi-disciplinary care planning for our clients.
• Engaging in case conferencing and problem-solving of complex care needs.
• Proactively deliver evidence-based reablement pathways to ensure client physical, social and mental health benefits.
• Demonstrated willingness to mentor students and to increase your personal skill set.
