Physiotherapist

Description:

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Physiotherapist to work in a multi-disciplinary setting providing musculoskeletal, orthopaedic, neurological and rehabilitation physiotherapy services across the Adelaide Metropolitan region.

You will maximise resident independence and quality of life by providing physiotherapy services to in-home clients as required including assessments, reviews, treatments and equipment prescription in line with accreditation and funding requirements.

This role is being offered with permanent part-time shifts.

To Be Considered

• Evidence a minimum of 2 years’ post-graduate experience, preferably in a community setting
• Possess excellent communication skills and a "can do" attitude
• Demonstrate the ability to prioritise and meet conflicting deadlines in a high-paced environment
• Demonstrated understanding of the ageing process and associated medical conditions with a rehabilitation focus.
• Possess a genuine interest in working in the Community environment
• Possess the ability to effectively liaise with a broad range of stakeholders
• Hold current registration with AHPRA
• Valid Driver's Licence
• Hold evidence of seasonal Flu Vaccination and Covid-19 vaccine and booster
• Hold Police Clearance to work in aged care (or willingness to obtain one)
