Roles and Responsibilities:
• Strong experience on PCC / Tallyman development, Collections domain experience
• Understanding requirements from the Product Owners (PO)/Business related to changes, enhancements, or new development
• Coordinate with Offshore teams to pass on the understanding of the requirements and bridge the gaps in the understanding in case there is any.
• Create or provide input to the High-Level Design documents
• Bottom-line responsibility of Infosys delivery
• Productivity and Quality initiatives
• Continuous improvement and innovation drive
