Your experience in strategic sourcing and supplier relationship management will help shape future-ready procurement solutions that directly support our hospital’s operational excellence.

As a Procurement Specialist in the Facilities Management team, you’ll make a positive impact by:
 

  • Managing supplier and stakeholder relationships as the key contact for contracts
  • Applying strategic category and contract management approaches
  • Collaborating with experts to develop and negotiate service contracts
  • Ensuring compliance with procurement policies and legislation
  • Supporting onboarding and ongoing supplier compliance
  • Driving supplier performance management and resolving disputes

To Be Successful In This Role You’ll Have
 

  • 2+ years’ experience in procurement and contract management
  • Strong stakeholder and supplier relationship management skills
  • Proven experience in contract negotiation and end-to-end procurement
  • Background in facilities or asset management (preferred)
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills
  • Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Procurement, ICT or Legal (highly desirable)
