As a Product Specialist, you'll be the go-to authority on broadacre, combine, and large tractor solutions. You'll empower dealership sales teams with in-depth product knowledge, collaborate on sales strategies, and drive customer conversions at field days and events.

This remote-based role offers the benefits of working from home with extensive travel throughout Western Australia. The successful candidate will ideally be located in Perth or within two hours of Perth.

What you'll do
 

• Train and equip sales teams to effectively sell product features and benefits.
• Showcase company products and brands at major industry events.
• Work directly with customers to demonstrate value and close deals.
• Strategise with dealers to achieve sales targets and boost market share.
  
   

Your background
 

• Technical/engineering degree or equivalent qualification.
• 5+ years in product management, sales, or training within the agricultural industry.
• Deep knowledge of large-scale farming practices and machinery.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
