Running a landmark greenfield residential housing development in regional Victoria. Must have run a circa 40 town houses development through full life cycle prior.

Our client is a growing boutique project management consultancy with an established pipeline of projects across Residential, Commercial, Education, Hospitality, Hotels, Health, Aged Care, Retail fit out / refurbishment as well as new build projects from smaller up to $100m+.

They are now looking for an experienced Senior / Project Manager to join their successful team in Victoria. The successful candidate will be running a landmark greenfield residential housing development in regional Victoria. Must have run a circa 40+ town houses development through full life cycle from inception through to procurement of head contractors and handover to client etc.
