Project Manager

Description:

As a client side Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in assisting the project team with full life-cycle project management duties. This includes business case development, feasibility studies, planning, design, and delivery of major projects.

Key Responsibilities
 

• Manage projects from inception to completion, with budgets ranging from $10k to $50m.
• Sydney Water experience essential
• Installation of a water main
• Understands water qualities
• Understands processors and procedures with Councils
• Open to contractor or client side roles.
• Oversee design and documentation processes.
• Handle contract administration and programming/planning.
• Engage in stakeholder management and negotiation.
• Manage budgets and ensure contract administration.
• Conduct quality assurance through site inspections and audits.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet all objectives.
