Project Manager

Description:

As a Project Manager, you will be expected to deliver Design and Construct projects from the early design stages, through planning and contractor selection, and then through delivery.

In this client-side organisation you will play a key role in full project Lifecycle activities:
 

• Design Management and development
• Selection and engaging Consulting and Engineering stakeholders
• Selection of Head Contractor and management of the Head Contractor
• Management and reporting of project progress
• Manage variations or progress claims submitted by the Head Contractor
