The Role

Responsibilities

As Project Manager, you will take the lead on a variety of key projects within the organisation. Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
 

• the delivery of multiple projects from pre-construction through to handover and defect liability
• the performance of the project team, including career/skill development and mentoring
• the delivery of projects in accordance with building specs and standards
• head and sub-contractual requirements
• tender interviews and letting of contracts, including subcontractor negotiations
• project delivery systems and EHSQ responsibilities
• the financial responsibilities of our projects
• the detailed programmes
