Our major sites include University Hospital Geelong in Geelong’s CBD, the McKellar Centre precinct in North Geelong, Barwon Health North in Norlane, and residential aged care facilities spanning the region. Comprehensive mental health, community health and dental services are delivered through various programs across the Barwon South West Region, including Torquay and Colac.

About The Role

As the Project Manager you'll be responsible for reviewing Barwon Health existing policies, procedures and processes, to inform the development of a roadmap for Barwon Health to meet its obligations under the new Aged Care Act (2024). You'll collaboratively with staff and stakeholders, both internally and externally to Barwon Health to ensure Barwon Health staff make the necessary changes to transition to the new regulatory changes which will result in enhanced compliance and operational excellence.
