Aim High Solutions is looking for a casual/contract Property Management Allrounder to assist the Director with a variety of onsite and virtual property mangement roles within the Real Estate Industry in the Perth area.

The temporary roles will vary between stepping into a portfolio to cover for annual leave, filling in between staff transitions and virtual property management assistance.

Opportunity to move into a long-term virtual property manager role for right candidate.

Requirements:

• Current real estate registration
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• At least one year of experience in property management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment with minimal supervision
• Experience with PT, PMe or Vault an advantage but not essential.
