The Company

Our client is a well-established and well respected agency based in the mid Eastern Suburbs, who is seeking a dynamic and driven Senior Property Manager to manage a portfolio that are predominantly high end properties, with many landlords owning multiple properties.

The Role:

• Day to day management of your own portfolio (120 - 150)
• Landlord and tenant liaisons
• Management of repairs & maintenance
• Rental arrears management
• Directing a Property Officer and an offshore Virtual Assistnat

About you:

• Property Management experience essential
• Live locally or knowledge of the North SHore
• Well-presented, personable & engaging
• Strong communicator & relationship builder
• COR or Real Estate Licence + car
