About the Role:

They place huge importance on support and service and are looking for an eager individual who wants to take their career to the next level. Due to a growing portfolio, they are seeking an experienced Property Manager to manage a neat portfolio of 120 properties that may grow!

Your responsibilities will include the day-to-day management of the residential portfolio including.

• Repairs & maintenance
• Arrears, lease renewals, and rent reviews
• Sourcing new business opportunities
• Landlord and tenant liaison
• Maintain and develop client relationships
• Knowledge of tribunal proceedings

About You:

• Previous Property Management experience
• Experience using Property Tree
• Current ACT Certificate of Registration
• Have exceptional organization and time management skills
