Department of Health (DoH) are seeking applications for a Property Officer for the North West Regional Hospital

The Role:

Manage and oversee the provision of all aspects of residential accommodation for staff, contractors and visitors pertaining to the North West Regional Hospital (NWRH).

• Deliver management of a residential accommodation portfolio (approx. 130 properties), including responsibility for the management of accommodation contracts, coordination of tenancies, furnishing, service connection, maintenance and cleaning.
• Coordinate and monitor the acquisition and ongoing performance of the residential accommodation portfolio of properties (both on and offsite) including account management, data collection, record keeping, inventory, planning and reporting.
• Be the single point of contact for all issues in relation to accommodation for the NWRH, including liaison, negotiation, and issue resolution, with internal and external stakeholders and tenants.
