- You have strong experience filming architecture, property, or construction content.
- You know how to use a gimbal, drone, and tripod to get the perfect shot.
- You’re a great communicator and thrive when collaborating with others on set.
- You’re organised and efficient—you can film multiple properties in one day without missing a beat.
- You love showcasing beautiful homes, clever builds, and the craft behind them.
- You’re a reliable, independent operator and never miss a brief.
- You understand what looks good on social media vs. what belongs on a website.
- You’re creative but structured—you can follow a shot list and bring fresh ideas.

👉 ABOUT THE ROLE
- This freelance role reports directly to our Creative Director and is ideal for someone looking to shoot on a flexible, per-project basis in Sydney.
- Film high-end residential properties and builder projects across Sydney (3–4 projects per half-day shoot).
- Capture cinematic walkthroughs (interior + exterior), BTS, meet-the-team moments, and more.
- Use a drone for aerials and establishing shots.
- Capture interviews and client testimonials with pro audio gear.
- Follow a provided shot list and creative direction for each project.
- Shoot both horizontal and vertical formats for reels, websites, and socials.
- Organise and back up footage promptly for our editing team.
