- Selling off-the-plan houses.

- Working with clients and builders.

- Facilitating the entire sale process.

- Prospecting and growing your own client base.

- Administering contracts and settlements.

The ideal candidate should have:

• Should be an Australian Citizen or should have working visa in Australia
• Proven sales experience in real estate
• Industry-standard certificates or license
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Business and sales acumen
