We are seeing such a high demand for experienced Recruitment Advisors in Perth to kick start 2023, so if you are finishing up a contract or are available immediately - we want to hear from you!

This is a contract to start off with, initially about 3 - 6 months, but with a real chance of extending or permanency for the right person.

You'll be join a busy recruitment team and bringing your recent experience as an experienced all round Recruiter. Ideally you'll have experience in blue and white collar roles too.

This is a growing business within the Resources Sector

It's a busy, fast paced role with loads to keep you busy. The team is supportive and like to work collaboratively to ensure everyone is set up for success.

The role will have a little bit of HR generalist work thrown in too, about 20% as the bulk of the work is in recruitment.

You will be required to hit the ground running from Day 1, here's a bit of what you'll be doing:

• Managing the recruitment process including sourcing, screening, assessment, qualification checks

• Attending job briefing meetings with managers

• Candidate care including maintaining a high level of customer service

• HR generalist assistance
