As part of our growth plan, we are looking to add a Recruitment Consultant to our well established and high performing team based in Brisbane.

As a Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for overseeing existing client accounts, identifying and developing new client accounts, and managing end-to-end recruitment within your given area of specialisation.

• Market mapping and lead generation activities
• Provision of best practice recruitment solutions to new and existing clients
• Ongoing management of candidate attraction and sourcing activities
• Maintenance and enhancement of relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
• A proactive, professional and consultative approach to work
• Excellent rapport building and networking skills
• Tertiary education and previous experience working in a fast-paced corporate environment would be beneficial
