Lion, home to Australia’s most iconic beer and RTD brands – XXXX, Hahn, Stone & Wood, and Kirin Hyoketsu (to name a few) – is looking for a passionate and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead one of our NSW regional teams. The region encompasses Northern Sydney, Central Coast, Tamworth and Mudgee. Your Mission
- Deliver with Impact: Lead the charge to exceed volume, revenue, and market share goals. Drive performance across all field sales KPIs to ensure exceptional outcomes for both your team and Lion.
- Negotiate with Purpose: Take the lead in Pourage Rights negotiations and business reviews with key customers across your region, ensuring mutual success and long-term growth.
- Own Customer Engagement: Develop and execute a customer engagement plan that drives relationships, satisfaction, and loyalty across the region.
- Collaborate for Success: Work seamlessly with internal stakeholders to align on business priorities, ensuring a unified approach to achieving results.
- Manage Budgets: Oversee discretionary and overhead budgets in line with budget, ensuring effective and efficient use of resources.
- Coaching and Development: Develop and implement a targeted infield coaching plan for your direct reports, empowering them to grow and succeed in their roles.
