Care Connect Staffing is seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses to join our team and provide exceptional care in aged care facilities across Sydney. If you have a passion for working with the elderly and at least 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse in Australia, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities
 

• Supervise the Care assistants and Medication Endorsers who will be giving daily medications and assisting in personal care to the residents
• Administer medications such as s8s/Insulin.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Liasie with family members and multidisciplinary teams.
• Provide support and education to residents and their families
• Requirements:**
• Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working as a Registered Nurse in Australia.
• Previous experience in working with the elderly is highly desirable.
• Strong clinical skills and a commitment to providing high-quality care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• MUST be able to commit to 3 shifts per week.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including AM, PM, Nightshift, weekends and public holidays.
