About the role:
 

• Provide active leadership to Educators and contribute to the management of the professional learning of staff
• Build and maintain professional and positive relationships with families
• Capability in working collaboratively within a team to plan and deliver high-quality teaching and learning programs
• Commitment to implementing rigorous, highly differentiated programs
• Lead the team to ensure that each child’s current knowledge, ideas, culture, abilities, and interests are being met
  
   

About you:
 

• An Early Childhood Teaching approved qualification (i.e. Bachelor of Teaching or Education)
• Teacher Accreditation
• A current First Aid Certificate approved by ACECQA that includes applying first aid, emergency asthma management and anaphylaxis
• Identify & Respond to young people at risk certification (or willing to obtain)
• WWCC
• Experience as a Room Leader/ Educational Leader
