Roster Support Officer

In partnership with the Site Managers, you will monitor critical unfilled shifts and work with them to develop solutions that sometimes require out of the box thinking.

To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Have

  • Extensive administration experience in a similar fast paced role
  • Strong time management and organisational skills with the ability to assess, prioritise and deliver to the needs of multiple stakeholders
  • Well-developed written and oral communication skills with demonstrated negotiation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop relationships and liaise with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience in a rostering environment will be highly regarded (but not essential)
