AutoFlip is a new business model offering innovative products to the automotive industry in Western Australia and was recently launched in Victoria. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a growing team and business where you will learn and gain industry experience. 

As a Sales & Customer Relations Consultant, you will work within our collaborative team environment reporting to the Business Development Manager. You will be responsible for managing daily incoming leads through our online portal: autoflip.com.au, speaking to potential customers and dealership partners while offering exceptional customer service. 

In this role you will:

• Manage incoming leads 
• Provide exceptional customer service 
• Negotiate deals
• Ensure monthly targets are achieved

The ideal candidate will have:

• Minimum 3 years experience in a customer-facing sales role
• Automotive industry experience 
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Ability to meet KPI’s and targets
• Ability to perform in a high-pressure environment
• Have a valid driving license
• Be self-motivated, positive and upbeat
