Sales Estimator

Description:

A quality home builder currently building around 300 homes per year, with custom builds averaging between $700k-$1m in value. Having recently moved into a brand new office to accommodate for their growth plans, they are seeking a motivated Sales Estimator to join the team.

The Job

Reporting to an experienced and approachable Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing accurate pricing of custom designed drawings
• Providing quotations and pricing support for the sales team
• Producing fixed price quotations
• Complete set tasks and achieve job targets within designated time frames
• Liaising with internal stakeholders and the external suppliers/subcontractors 

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A tertiary qualification relevant to the construction industry
• At least 2 years experience in an Estimating role with relevant Sales Estimating experience (can be from volume or custom background)
• Competent using Databuild
• Excellent attention to detail
• Be a team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
