Our Sales function have recently gone through a huge transition, pivoting on how we communicate and engage with our customers, and working to become a more agile and insights focussed function. We have a vision for the future. It’s an exciting one! And we need talented people to bring it to life.

We’re recruiting for a Sales Executive to work across the Hervey Bay, Maryborough & Gympie region to showcase and sell some of the most exciting brands in the Australian and International beer, cider & seltzer market. This includes iconic brands such as XXXX, Toohey’s, James Squire, Heineken, Stone & Wood, Guinness, White Claw and Kirin Hyoketsu.

 

What does a day in the life of a Lion Sales Executive look like?
 

• You will work with our established customers, creating innovative strategies that range from account planning to in-store merchandising and promotional execution with the goal of getting more of our brands into consumers hands
• You will travel tour customer sites to fully engage and get to know their needs to service and best support them
• You will be an absolute brand and company advocate – delivering growth through on-point and determined brand execution
• Work with and collaborate effectively as a part of the wider Sales and Marketing Team
• Always be on the hunt for potential growth and development opportunities within current and new customers
  
   

What are we looking for?
 

• Customer and consumer obsessed individual, you’ll be driven to build effective and strong customer partnerships
• Sales experience: You may come from a FMCG, retail, hospitality or even recruitment or pharmaceuticals background – whichever this may be, you are motivated by sales and have a drive for results
• Accountability. You keep your promises and deliver on your commitments
• A full, clean drivers’ licence, as well as the ability to work in AUS on a perm basis
