Required skills and experience
- Previous administration experience (minimum 2 years), with preferred analytical skillset.
- Excellent organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise effectively.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced retail organization or beauty industry experience
- Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written
- Team player with ability to work autonomously; demonstrate flexibility and willingness to take on new responsibilities and tasks, and to assist with various ad hoc projects as required.
- Strong attention to detail
- Solution orientated, having an excellent eye for detail - with the ability to influence a broad range of people at all levels.
