Description:
We currently have a vacancy for an enthusiastic Inside Sales Rep (ISR)/Renewals Associate based in our St Leonards office. The Inside Sales Team serve as a first point of contact for our customers in Sydney. This position reports directly to the NSW Sales Manager.
Job tasks and responsibilities:
• Liaising with wholesale customers on the phone
• Close cooperation with Sydney/NSW based account managers
• Maintaining and enhancing good relationships with current and new customers
• Preparing quotations and processing orders into our computer system
• Other customer service based activities are progress checking of customer
orders, new account set ups, follow up and solving customer inquiries and
requests
• Internally support resellers in every aspect of the sales transaction from initial
needs consultation through to order tracking and delivery.
• Provide assistance to resellers in constructing quotes, orders and bills of material
for vendor solutions sold by the business.
• Analyse customer requirements and promote consideration of the business’
products and services to fill requirements.
• Establish transaction level relationships within customer organisations, focusing
on fulfillment and sales staff.
• Work with executive management and channel development managers within the
nominated account list.
• Analyse current system processes and contribute to existing/new development
initiatives.
