Description:

Responsibilities-

  • Project Leadership:Lead teams to execute all project phases, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, training, and post-go-live support.
  • Client Relationship Management:Manage customer relationships, handle day-to-day interactions, and address escalations.
  • Salesforce Expertise:Deep understanding of Salesforce platform, configuration, customization, and integration, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
  • Requirements Gathering & Analysis:Work with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into functional and technical requirements.
  • Solution Design & Implementation:Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions that meet client requirements and business objectives.
  • Testing & Quality Assurance:Conduct thorough testing to ensure the quality and functionality of Salesforce implementations.
  • Troubleshooting & Support:Troubleshoot platform issues and provide post-implementation support.
  • Staying Updated:Staying up to date with new features becoming available on the Sales Cloud platform
