As we extend our operations within Australia and expand internationally into Southeast Asia, we are seeking a highly motivated Senior Broker/Loan Writer to join our dynamic team.

About the Role:

As our Senior Broker/Loan Writer, you will:

• Convert inbound leads and referred leads into appointments
• Prospect customers over the phone to discuss their needs and lending requirements
• Conduct residential and commercial loan assessments, research lender policy, and identify the most suitable loan structure and lending solution to clients
• Present loan strategy (game plan) to clients and make lender recommendations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral partners and lender business development managers
• Liaise with lenders, solicitors, conveyancers and real-estate agents
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the mortgage industry, including products, regulations, and market trends.
