The Senior Business Development Manager is pivotal in driving and accelerating our new business acquisition strategy, focusing on targeting and securing large, high-value accounts across key segments including Banking and Financial services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in hunting new logos, exceptional charisma, and the ability to influence and inspire both clients and the sales team.
What you will do
- Identify and target high-value prospects and new logos within our market.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Provide accurate and timely sales forecasting, through effective use of CRM
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, including executive and C-level contacts.
- Lead negotiations and close deals with large accounts.
- Collaborate with PS, Marketing and Product teams to align strategies and ensure a cohesive approach.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members.
