Description:
The Senior Business Development Manager – Western Australia is responsible for
driving revenue growth, with an initial sales budget of $1.5M, by establishing and
strengthening client relationships, expanding Wild Tech’s presence in Perth, and
developing new business opportunities. This role is relationship-focused, ensuring
customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships while growing the Perth office. The
role primarily focuses on NetSuite but also includes Microsoft Business Central and
Microsoft Finance and Operations. Additionally, the role requires involvement
in presales and solution architecture design work as required, as well as minor HR
duties to support team development.
• Play a key role in establishing and expanding Wild Tech’s presence in Perth.
• Develop local strategic partnerships and engage with industry stakeholders.
• Represent Wild Tech at local business events, networking opportunities, and
conferences.
3. Relationship Management & Client Engagement
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across
various industries.
• Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring customer
satisfaction and repeat business.
• Work closely with the implementation and delivery teams to ensure seamless
project execution.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing structures, and service agreements in alignment
with business objectives.
4. NetSuite & Microsoft Business Central Sales Focus
• Drive sales of NetSuite as the primary ERP solution, while also
promoting Microsoft Business Central and Microsoft Finance and Operations
where applicable.
• Stay updated on NetSuite, Business Central, and other relevant ERP
solutions to provide expert advice to clients.
5. Presales & Solution Architecture Design
• Conduct discovery sessions with prospective clients to understand
their business requirements.
• Collaborate with technical consultants and solution architects to design and
present tailored ERP solutions.
• Creation of business cases and solution demonstrations for prospective
clients.
6. Minor HR Duties
• Assist with the recruitment and onboarding of new team members for the Perth
office.
• Support team development, training, and mentoring to ensure high
performance.
• Work with HR to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
• Achievement of $1.5M in sales revenue within the first year.
• Growth of client base and key partnerships in Western Australia.
• Successful establishment and expansion of the Perth office.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Sales, or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years experience in business development or sales in the ERP/IT
industry.
• Experience with NetSuite, Microsoft Business Central, or similar ERP
solutions is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of solution architecture and pre-sales is a plus.
