Senior Commercial Lawyer

Our customer, a multi-national data analytics firm, is looking for a Senior Commercial Lawyer to join a growing team. This permanent role is due to start as soon as possible.

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial and corporate agreements.
• Advise on master service agreements and general terms and conditions.
• Understanding and experience handling Intellectual Property matters.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Law and current Australian practising certificate.
• Related previous experience, ideally in-house legal experience.
• Expertise in negotiating, drafting, and advising clients on a variety of commercial agreements, including multi-jurisdictional transactions.
