Our client, a Federal Agency, is looking for an APS 6 Senior Content Improvement Officer to join their team. As an APS 6 Senior Content Improvement Officer you will be accountable under limited direction to undertake complex work that is guided by legislation, policies, procedures, standards, methodologies and precedents

As an APS 6 Senior Content Improvement Manager you will:

• Redevelope the agency's core foundational content (across national products and website) to meet the needs of participants and a mature Scheme.
• Develope and implement a content governance framework to manage Agency content and determine how we create, publish and maintain it.
• Manage the creation and adoption of the agency's Terms Guide to ensure consistent terminology, narrative and tone is used across Agency content.
• Work with stakeholders across the Agency to build and implement a marketing solution in the
• CRM which allows the division to target and communicate with participants and providers more easily.
