• Propose new product ideas and evolve existing styles aligned with brand vision.
• Collaborate with buyers to meet sales and profit targets each season.
• Analyse trade reports to adjust ranges, balancing market trends with profitability.
• Generate ideas to enhance sales and improve profitability.
• Drive innovation, flexibility, and quality while maintaining speed to market.

Ideal Candidate:

• Degree in Fashion Design, 5+ years in women’s apparel, strong technical skills.
• Expert in fabric, garment construction, and critical path management.
• Proficient in InDesign, Illustrator, CAD, and MS Office.
• Results-oriented, organized, and effective under pressure.
