• Work closely with HFT in developing Trading bespoke tools and features
• Build UI Winforms
• Back end C#/C++
• Improvements to trading system architecture
• Optimizing existing code
• Back-testing / replay / simulation
• Test automation
• Work in a Lean Agile Environment
