Senior Estimator

My client is a home builder based on the sunny Gold Coast and are about to celebrate a decade in business. Predominantly specialising in first home buyers, they have a steady pipeline of work for the upcoming year across South East QLD and Sydney. Due to demand they are looking so a Senior Estimator to join their team working on Special Projects.
 

Requirements
 

• 4+ years’ experience in a Production Estimating capacity for a residential home builder.
• Prior experience working on 180m2-500m2 blocks, townhouse developments and homes up to $1.5m.
• Databuild experience is a necessity.
• Proven tenure and longevity in past roles.
