Senior Hr Advisor

Description:

This is an exciting opportunity for a HR Advisor wanting to step up into a senior HR Advisor role. This role is a very hands-on role covering all HR functions within a highly regarded HR team.

Duties
 

• Employee engagement
• Building relationships with and advising managers on HR.
• Building relationships with and advising employees on HR and training and development.
• HR legislation and policy.
• Interpret award entitlements terms and conditions in changing workplace and relations environment.
• Provide onsite support to the recruitment process by assisting with onsite interviews and liaising with Brisbane office
• Compiling data and preparing HR reports
• Participating in adhoc HR projects and initiatives
   

Skills & Experience:
 

• 5+ years’ experience in a HR generalist role
• Tertiary or Vocational Qualification
• Experience with emp0loyee development
• Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent time management skills and ability to plan ahead
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Enthusiastic and self-motivated attitude
• Strong attention to detail
