Senior Java Developer

Description:

We're seeking two experienced Senior Java Software Engineers to join a dynamic team delivering high-impact digital solutions. You'll play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining complex enterprise applications that support critical client-facing services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead software development across all stages of the SDLC
• Design and implement scalable Java-based solutions using Spring Boot, JPA, and RESTful APIs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including analysts, testers, and architects
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and code reviews
• Manage release and deployment processes
• Troubleshoot production issues and contribute to continuous improvement
• Ensure documentation and knowledge transfer in line with best practices

Technical Skills Required:

• Java 8+, Spring (Boot, Data, REST), J2EE, Hibernate, SOAP, SQL, Oracle
• Experience with ReactJS, JavaScript, and cloud technologies
• Strong understanding of systems integration and web services
• Familiarity with SAFe Agile methodology and release/change management
