Description:

The successful candidate will join a growing Corporate team, working on high-profile M&A transactions and corporate advisory matters. The candidate will also work on debt capital markets, joint ventures, restructures and governance issues. The Senior Associate will be proficient in due diligence, contact drafting, and negotiation.

Essential Criteria:

• 4+ years’ PQE;
• Corporate law experience;
• Technically excellent;
