This is a full-time role for a Senior Strata Manager at Wollongong Strata located in Corrimal, NSW. The Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of strata schemes in excess of 50 lot schemes including industrial and BMCs , we are a boutique strata managrment business with a focus on exeptiomal service to our clients with a team of dedicted staff that work together in a friendly, focused office.

Qualifications

• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Proven experience in strata management with a class 2 license.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Understanding of financial management and budgeting.
• Skills in strata max software an advantage.
