Senior Manager

Description:

Pull up a seat at the leadership table as our Senior Manager – Business Services & Tax. You’ll be the Director’s right hand and a go-to for clients. You’ll lead with integrity, think like an owner, and help raise the bar across the board.

- Manage a portfolio and build relationships with clients of varying sizes and industries

- Provide advice on complex tax matters like tax planning, structures, small business CGT, estate planning etc.

- Review team work to ensure top-tier technical quality and accuracy

- Lead advisory projects including forecasting, board reporting, strategy, and business mentoring

- Mentor and grow a team

- Collaborate on business strategy and practice-wide improvements and initiatives

🔎 What we’re looking for

Must-haves:

- CA/CPA qualified

- 7+ years’ experience in Australian public practice

- 2+ years managing people and/or workflow

- Confident across complex tax matters

- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and judgement

- Based in Australia with full working rights
