Senior Piping Engineer

An exciting opportunity has opened for a Senior Piping Engineer to join a dynamic team, based in their Perth office, and play a key role in market leading offshore energy project.

Key Responsibilities
 

• Lead the piping engineering activities for the project from concept through to execution.
• Develop piping specifications, design criteria, and standards in compliance with industry codes and regulations.
• Prepare piping layouts, isometrics, and material take-offs.
• Perform piping stress analysis and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of piping systems with other project components.
   

Key Skills And Experience Required
 

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Demonstrated experience in piping engineering for offshore projects.
• Proficiency in piping design software such as AutoCAD, PDMS, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards and codes (e.g., ASME, API, ISO).
• Experience with piping stress analysis software (e.g., Caesar II) is preferred.
