Senior Product Manager

Description:

After a huge product launch last year, this reputable Australian-based Unicorn is looking for a Senior / Principal Product Manager who can help them to evolve their flagship app into a collaborative operations platform.

Their Scheduling / Rostering product is their biggest pain point across the platform this year. The User Management & Access product is their second. Because these are such critical products, they need someone with a real understanding of these specific problem areas.

Work with this high-performing team from Surry Hills (2-3 days a week onsite). Candidates from Melbourne could also be considered.

You, yourself and why?
 

• Ideally at least 3-5 years experience as a Product Manager.
• Experience managing either Scheduling / Rostering / Time Attendance products, OR User Management / User Access products is essential.
  • (I agree, Product Managers can be industry agnostic, but this team needs someone who has experience solving these specific problems).
• You must be an autonomous, high-performer, who can just get things delivered. As they are a unicorn, this hiring team will have a very high bar.
• You will stand-out if you’ve previously worked for a reputable tech company in Australia.
