Description:
The role of Project Management within the business is to facilitate the needs of the client by running the project process, managing the schedule, and tracking the output of practitioners to ensure work is delivered on time, on budget, meeting our high standards and staying on scope. Reporting to the Managing Director this role will join our Client Services team and be dedicated to the delivery of Paid Media projects within Australia.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Manage projects ensuring understanding of strategic goals and project scope..
- Collaborate with Client Management to define project goals, deliverables, and success metrics.
- Maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and risk assessments.
- Provide regular status updates to clients and our teams, promoting transparency and trust.
- Provide revenue and pace insights for projects to ensure tight adherence to the agreed scope/budget.
- Escalate issues that need to be raised with the client. Working collaboratively with our client manager to address these.
Qualifications
- 2-3 Years of experience in Project Management within a Digital Agency, working with Paid Media projects.
- A clear understanding of project management methodologies.
- Experienced in leading multiple consecutive projects and reporting to multiple stakeholders both within their agency and externally.
- Proficient in project management tools for timeline planning and project tracking.
- Experience overseeing project financials through adherence to budgetary constraints.,
- Knowledge or certifications in platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and any under Google Marketing Platform (GMP).
- Strong skills in time management, organisation, autonomous work, and accuracy are a must to be successful in this role.
