Senior Project Manager

Description:

Our client is seeking an experienced Netsuite ERP Senior Project Manager to lead the full implementation of a NetSuite ERP system. Based in Sydney, this role is key to delivering the project on time and within budget, while aligning with broader business objectives. You'll collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and executive stakeholders to drive successful delivery, change management, and user adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of the NetSuite ERP implementation, from planning and execution to risk mitigation and reporting.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors to ensure timely and high-quality outcomes.
• Track and report on project financials, including monthly forecasts and analysis of budget variances. This includes providing monthly reports to senior leadership on forecasted project costs, highlighting and explaining significant deviations from the original budget and prior months.
• Champion change management initiatives, including user training and process rollout.
• Oversee a cross-functional team and ensure strong coordination across departments.

About You:

• 5–7+ years’ experience in project management, with NetSuite ERP implementation experience essential.
• Proven capability in managing project budgets and financial reporting.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of enterprise tech and project delivery frameworks.
• Degree-qualified in IT, Business, or a related field.
