The Role:

Working Monday – Friday, this is an opportunity for a Senior Property Manager to manage a local portfolio with plenty of structure and support. You will be determined to provide a tailored, transparent, and accountable Property Management service that is second to none. On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for:
 

• Manage a pristine portfolio made up of 230 properties
• Liaising with landlords, tenants, and inquiries
• Attending to any repairs and maintenance
• Conducting ingoing and outgoing inspections
• Arrears Control
• NO accounts and NO leasing
   

The Candidate:

To excel in this position, previous Property Management experience is a must, and a COR qualification is required. A successful candidate will also attribute:
