Duties & Responsibilities:
 

• Manage a clean portfolio of 160 properties with a dedicated Assistant!
• Mainly in-office duties
• Handling maintenance
• Prepare CMA's & lease renewals
• Manage arrears
• Conduct exit condition reports
• Upload rental listings online
• Tenant sign-ups
• Liaise with owners and tenants
